HD DEGREASER is a highly concentrated liquid detergent that is designed for heavy duty grease removal. It is formulated with the highest quality penetrants and surfactants to promote the rapid emulsification of dirt, grease, and oil. This product is designed to clean off road equipment like dozers, cranes, draglines, lifts and other commercial equipment. It will work best in hot water, and rinse free at any temperature.
The corrosive inhibitors and water softeners in this product help prevent rust and scale build-up when used through heating coils. This is a powerful caustic formula and testing a small area prior to cleaning is highly suggested.
This is a concentrate, and in most applications should be diluted prior to use. Dilutions range from up to 1- 5 parts cleaner to 50 parts water. It may be used pure for cleaning prior to painting. When used through pressure washing equipment, drop detergent feed line into the concentrated cleaner, set metering valve to desired setting, and soak entire surface from bottom up. Detail clean from bottom up and rinse from the top down.
